Positive statements help us understand who we are and what is important. Speaking truth gives power to be kind- to ourselves and others.

Take slow breaths and relax your body. Pick a word or phrase that is special to you. It could be from a sacred book, a poem, or just a statement like “I am enough.” Say it out loud or in your head. Repeat and carry the words with you through your day. Let the truth fill you. When you are ready, ask how you can start living out those words now.
