C- Candle Gazing
This is based on a yoga practice called ‘trataka,’ which means to look or gaze.
Light a candle or imagine one. Focus on the flame.
Relax your eyes and blink as needed. Breathe in and imagine the warm light filling you with love.
Rest. Breathe out gently, as if blowing on the flame without putting it out.
Imagine light flowing into you and out into the world with kindness.
Light flows in with love and compassion.
