Drawn from a yoga practice called ‘trataka,’ that means to look or gaze.


Light a candle or look at the picture below. Focus on the flame.

Relax your eyes and blink as needed. Breathe in and imagine the warm light filling you with love.

Rest. Breathe out gently, as if blowing on the flame without putting it out.

Imagine light flowing into you and out into the world with kindness. 


Light flows with love and compassion.
