Fasting isn't just about food. It is taking a break from certain habits to pay better attention to your life.


Pick a habit to stop for a short time. It can be things like screen time, or shopping. It can be worrying or hurrying. Think about where your energy goes. You can write down your thoughts or ask yourself, "What am I making room for by taking a break from this?”
