G- Good Trouble

This is inspired by the activist John Lewis. He said getting in “good trouble” means standing up for what is right and fair.

Be still: Breathe. Say, "I am ready to notice where justice is needed." Look for unfair things and for courage.

Listen: To your inner wisdom. Ask, “Where is my voice needed? What am I afraid of?” Write this down.

Act: Do one thing, big or small, to help others. Listen, learn, speak up.

Notice: How taking positive action can build hope and create belonging.

May my trouble be good, courage steady, and actions fair.
