J— Journaling

There are many ways to journal. You can write, draw, doodle, or use colors. Make it your own.

Try one of these ideas:

Free Flow: Write or draw whatever comes to mind for 5 minutes. Maybe use your weaker hand. Let it flow. When done, look at what you have done. Be kind with what you see.

Gratitude: Name 3 things you are thankful for and say why. You can write or draw if you like. When done, breathe in gratitude and smile as you breathe out.

Letter writing: Write to God, a loved one, or your source of hope. Include feelings about changes or questions you have. Put the letter in a safe place.

Words and pictures help me to see and hear more clearly.
