J— Journaling
Write, draw, or scrapbook to make a record of your life
Try one of these ideas:
Free Flow: Write or draw whatever comes to mind for 5 minutes. Maybe use your weaker hand. Let it flow. When done, look at what you have done. Be kind with what you see.
Gratitude: Name 3 things you are thankful for and why. Write, draw, or count in your mind. When done, give thanks.
Letter writing: Write to God, a loved one, or your source of hope. Write your feelings about changes or questions. Put the letter in a safe place to revisit later.
Words and pictures can help me to see and hear more clearly.
