This is a guide to listening— to inner wisdom, to the sacred, to love.

After each practice, spend time with your thoughts—you can keep a journal. Let go of perfection. Be honest and kind.


You can begin by naming the date, place and spiritual practice.

Reflection:
After the practice…
What do you notice?
What feels heavy? Hopeful? Changed? Unchanged?
Where is love needed?

Prayer or Intention:
Form a prayer: “Guide me toward…” “Let me notice…”
Intention: “May I…” “I will…”

One Small Act:
What action can I take?
Inner: forgiveness, rest, breath...
Outer: listen, speak up, help someone...
