Loosen: Soften your grip a little. You don't have to fix anything today. Be curious. Breathe.

Release: Thank old habits or thoughts for trying to help. Gently let go bit by bit, as you open your fingers. Breathe.

Repair: Look at your hands and picture a kinder way of being. Ask what is true or life-giving? Are you ready to act? Breathe.


May letting go create space for truth and healing.
