Spiritual Care for All
Z— Zzz (rest)
Rest is a gentle reminder to care for your body, mind, and spirit.
Allow yourself time to simply be, rather than do.
Find a quiet and comfortable space. Start with slow breaths.
Tighten then relax your muscles. Start with your feet and work your way up to your head. If thoughts are busy, focus on breath.
Don't worry about falling asleep. Trust that you are resting and set a timer if you like. This is your time to be.
May rest help me wake up to what I need.
