Z— Zzz (rest)

Rest is a gentle reminder to care for your body, mind, and spirit.

Allow yourself time to simply be.

Make your space quiet and comfortable. Start with slow intentional breaths.

Tighten then relax your muscles. Start with your feet and work your way up to your head. If thoughts are busy, focus on breath.

Don't worry about falling asleep. Just trust that you are resting. Set a timer if you choose. This is your time.
